“Koto” refers to a vibrant entertainment district, and “Ryokushu” is said to mean a clear, high-quality, fine sake. In other words, “Ryokushu” isn’t “green” sake, but “clean” sake. This particular bottle is a lightly clouded “origarami.” It may not be clear, but the quality is excellent. As for whether it’s a “fine sake”—well, we’ll leave that for your own sophisticated palate to decide!
