Xijiu Qingzun is distilled at a temperature above 40°C, nearly double that of other aromatic liquors. Xijiu Qingzun has an acidity level 3 to 5 times higher than other aromatic liquors, primarily composed of acetic acid and lactic acid. According to traditional Chinese medicine, acidity benefits the spleen, stomach, and liver, and helps soften blood vessels. Xijiu Qingzun, like red wine, contains a high amount of phenolic compounds, which help prevent cardiovascular diseases.
