Yamada Nishiki, known as the pinnacle of sake-brewing rice, was born through systematic cross-breeding and cultivar trials between Wataribune No. 2 and Yamada Ho. This tasting set features two Junmai Daiginjo sakes: one brewed from the parent strain Wataribune No. 2 and the other from Yamada Ho, each polished down to 40% and fermented slowly under low-temperature conditions.
