A sake made to support the recovery from the 2016 Kumamoto Earthquake. This pure rice daiginjo is brewed using Kumamoto-grown rice, ‘Mori no Kumasan.’ A portion of the sales proceeds is donated as part of the relief effort. There are two types of sake brewed with ‘Mori no Kumasan’: one is the December unfiltered raw sake (‘Origarami Namagenshu’), and the other is the April raw sake (‘Namagenshu’).
A light, refreshing fragrance reminiscent of the umami and sweetness of rice. With a smooth and crisp entry, the flavor gradually expands, revealing the rich taste of the rice. A gentle, sweet, and clean raw sake.
