The landscape of the Katakado district, nestled in the mountains and cradled between rivers, is incredibly beautiful and expansive.

The sake rice grown here is equally gentle and robust. The “Yume no Kaori” rice from this area is one of the few in the prefecture to have consistently produced Special Grade (Tokutou-kyu) crops over the years.
