This is a collaborative project by seven distinguished sake breweries from Miyagi Prefecture — Katsuyama, Urakasumi, Suminoe, Hakurakusei, Yamawa, Hagino Tsuru, and Koganesawa. Each year, one brewery takes the lead, crafting a unique and flavorful sake that showcases its individuality, and shares it across Japan and the world.

Brewed in harmony with Miyagi’s beautiful natural surroundings, this sake is born from a land blessed by both sea and mountains — a true gift from the Earth.
