【2grain Yamada Nishiki 〈Limited〉】
The sake “HAPPY NEW YEAR 2026,” adorned with the 2026 Zodiac “Horse” design, was exclusively brewed based on “2-tsu-bu Yamada Nishiki.” By using Yamaguchi Prefecture’s finest Yamada Nishiki rice and brewing with spring water filtered through limestone terrain, we have expressed the richness of the grain, a transparent sweetness, and multi-layered minerality. Please enjoy the gorgeous fruity aroma released upon opening and the elegant finish that spreads across the palate.

【SAKE VESSEL】
We commissioned “Tahara Tobe Studio,” a prestigious Hagi ware kiln dating back to the early Edo period, to create a special sake cup inspired by the “Bajohai” (equestrian cup). The Bajohai is known as an auspicious vessel symbolizing victory and prosperity. This sake cup, featuring an elegant form adorned with New Year designs, will add a refined dignity to your celebratory occasions.
