A Junmai Daiginjo crafted with Ishikawa Prefecture’s signature “Hyakumangoku no Shiro” sake rice, brewed using our specialty Yamahai traditional starter method. This limited-edition brew is named Miyaku (meaning “vein”), inspired by the veins of a leaf. Just as a leaf’s veins carry nutrients to its furthest edges, this sake expands with a rich, full-bodied flavor that coats every corner of your palate. As the “Pink” edition, it features a delightfully charming, plum-like tartness. Absolutely no additives, including undeclared processing aids, are used.
