Yoshidagura u Night & Dance Improvisation 2.0 720ml

The second release in the “Improvisation” series, spun off from “Night & Dance”—a lineup inspired by moments of pure, unbridled freedom. This time, we pushed the boundaries of low-ABV brewing even further, challenging ourselves to an 8% ABV straight from the press (undiluted genshu). To achieve a rich, satisfying depth despite the lower alcohol content, we used “Yoshida u Kinchaku” sake as a portion of the brewing water and brewed it with “Hyakumangoku no Shiro” sake rice. Enjoy this beautiful multiplication of distinct varieties, each with its own unique origin and character. Absolutely no additives, including undeclared processing aids like chemical yeast nutrients, are used.
