Dassai Composing the Future

This product is a special Japanese sake created by editing the “Philharmonic Taste” performed by members of the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra and the “Bay Waltz” by Johann Strauss II, performed by the Japan Century Symphony Orchestra, into a single piece of music. This composition was then played to the fermentation tanks of Dassai sake during the fermentation process to help shape the final product.
