It has a soft mouthfeel, a pleasant Ginjo aroma, and a clear, expansive flavour with a well-balanced umami and acidity. The packaging also has a sophisticated design with a motif of the waves of Lake Suwa and Okaya City’s azalea, with a main focus on bronze colors.
