We have released the limited-edition “Moehime Junmai Daiginjo 2025,” produced by Moe Azuki.
Our connection with Moe Azuki began in 2019. Each year, she visits Kawasakigura in Kawasaki Town, Miyagi Prefecture, to study sake and sake brewing.
She has entered the actual brewing site and participated in the same tasting training that our brewery workers undergo. She earnestly continued the “circuit training,” conducting over 500 tastings in total—60 types × 3 rounds × 3 sets—not just in a single day, but with great dedication over time.
This is a special bottle produced by Moe Azuki, who is also a certified kikizakeshi (sake sommelier).
As in previous years, the label illustration was drawn by illustrator tama5.
