Nose: Gentle intensity. Main aromas are grilled rice cake, mushroom, and boiled chestnut. Some complexity is added by nuances of cream cheese and straw.

Palate: Smooth texture. There is a gentle sweet flavour but fresh acid gives it a dry finish. It is medium-light body, with a short finish with umami.
