Our young artisans have challenged themselves to craft sake that incorporates winemaking fermentation techniques. We succeeded in merging a sweet‑acid balance with the ‘yogurt‑like aroma and flavor’ produced by malolactic fermentation. We invite you to enjoy this unique sake, born from such creative flexibility.
