Tatenokawa introduces the brand-new concept:
SODA CRASH, a summer sake specially crafted to be
enjoyed with soda water.
Created by a female brewer, it is part of a seasonal range
with the concept of ‘Light and Refreshing’. Brewed with white
koji, SODA CRASH has a crisp, clean flavour. When mixed
with soda water, the lemon-like acidity is enhanced, to create
the perfect drink for the hot summer season.
With an alcohol content of 19%, this sake is designed to be
diluted, to create a smooth, refreshing drink that is easy to
enjoy.
